A confidential space to understand and work through what worries you
Video support for those going through anxiety, sadness, stress, relationship difficulties or times of change. A professional listens and helps you find strategies, at your own pace.
Sessions are confidential conversations in which, together, you clarify what worries you and work on ways to cope, based on evidence-based approaches. Support can continue over several sessions.
Psychology does not include prescribing medication. If a medical assessment is needed, the psychologist guides the referral. In a crisis or acute distress, contact the SNS 24 line (808 24 24 24) or 112.
